By accessing or using theexcellinglearner.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, students, teachers, and administrators who access or use the Service.
2. Accounts & Registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts and roles (such as student, teacher, or administrator) may be created, changed, or removed by an administrator. You must notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Educational Services
The Excelling Learner provides an online learning platform and related features, including classes, assessments, quizzes, and progress tracking. Availability of specific features may depend on your account role, class enrolment, and eligibility. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, upload harmful or unlawful content, share access credentials, or use another person's account. Teachers and administrators are responsible for the content they create and assign.

The Service and its original content, features, branding, and code are the property of The Excelling Learner and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content you create or upload remains yours, and you grant us the permissions needed to host and display it as part of operating the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Excelling Learner operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
